Crystal has come from a very loving home but a drastic change in circumstances meant that her humans were no longer able to care for her.
Crystal is a sociable cat but she knows her own mind and likes to feel in control of situations. When people come to see her she's not always in the mood for visitors and doesn't want to be persuaded otherwise! Crystal needs people who will respect her boundaries, not try to push them. She needs to feel comfortable and safe when interacting with people and if she doesn't she will express her displeasure. Give Crystal the space and respect she needs and she will honour you with sitting on your lap for as long as you can sit down.
As Crystal is not always in the mood to receive visitors we are looking to re-home her as a foster-to-adopt placement on the understanding that it will take her a good few months to settle in.
