DOG FOSTERERS URGENTLY NEEDED

We need volunteers willing to offer a short-term safe house until a permanent new home for a dog is found.

To be a fosterer you need to be able to give time, love and patience and have a car.

Being a fosterer will be a commitment as we do not have the facilities to just remove a dog from your care should you decide that “Rover” is not quite what you wanted.

Fosterers must have someone at home the majority of the time, have a safe and secure garden, never let the dog off the lead. Expect the odd accident and restless night and most of important of all, enjoy helping and befriending these dogs on the first stage of the start of their new life.

Please note we will carry out a home check. It is important that the home visitor meets all people living in the home. We want you to be happy with your foster dog(s) we do not want to place an unsuitable dog with you when you have been kind enough to offer assistance.

WOOL

Some of our volunteers are brilliant knitters and make various items to raise money  for TAG.  If you have any spare wool that you could donate it would be very gratefully received.  We would love 4 ply, double knit, chunky wool if at all possible.
