It's all about me!

Hello, I'm Poppy, a gentle, independent girl who needs a little time to get to know new people. At first I may be shy, but with time and a calm home, my sweet side really shines! I'll happily rub against you and ask for strokes once comfortable.

I must have outdoor access and cannot live with other cats or dogs. I am able to live with children over the age of 12. If you think you have the perfect space for me, please fill in my application form.

Rehoming process

1

Application

Please fill in the application form. We read all applications and get in touch with those that look like a good match for a cat in our care.

2

Home check

If your application looks like a good match we will contact you to arrange a home visit - this is a mandatory part of adopting.

3

Meet and greet

Once the home visit is complete we will make an appointment for you to come to the sanctuary to meet suitable cats.

4

Adoption and post adoption support

We love to see updates about how our former residents are getting on and we offer rescue back up for the rest of the cat’s life.

We are a small team, so we rehome animals within Thanet and the surrounding areas, up to a one-hour drive from the sanctuary.
